This is the last part of a broader social media presentation i gave the other day to a potential client.

Some of the questions, despite being already answered many times everywhere on the internet, are still current so i thought of posting them here.

  1. I have a question; would you say facebook, or twitter or a blog are useful for any business in any industry? Good piece btw.

  3. Thanks Christina.
Anon; I'd say social media can be applied to almost all industries, especially B2C, and anywhere you can find your customers and competition. If you're company manufactures weapons for the government i would not recommend being on Facebook or Twitter...;)

  4. You've given me quite a bit to think about here. I have some plans that I want to get going with, and this has given me the push to start thinking, writing down goals and tasks.

  6. Guyana-Gyl, very important to write down all steps, you might want to look at this post i did long time ago: http://www.oman-collective-intelligence.com/2009/12/pr-insight-and-tidbits-3.html. I know it mentions communication plan but it could still be useful i hope.

MRanthorpe; interesting comment, why should internet die? And is Pandora responsible for all the evil in the world now?...:)
