The power of Google

Is there a smarter way of getting back at an ex in the digital age? A man called Jack Weppler dumped his girlfriend without realising quite how Google savvy she was.

The ex-girlfriend took his professional photo, ran it through memgenerator.net several times, as you can see below, to then inundate Google.

Poor Jack’s mum immediately got in touch with the Google Webmaster through the forum as well as sending letters to the Google Legal Department and while the images could be removed from the site they could not be removed from Google Search. Another reminder of Google’s long lasting memory.

Should Jack hide? Try to get some money out of it? Sue Google since he’s still a minor? Have a laugh?
