One spirit, one look, one voice = integrated communication

Nowadays marketing and communication efforts should focus on building and nourishing profitable real long-term relationships and brand equity not only with customers but also with other stakeholders such as employees, media, suppliers, etc.
In order to do so one needs to be very competent in communication and be up to date with all modern concepts of it.
I could write a very long and boring post about it but instead I'll post this nice and informative video, from The Digital Baker, for all those (agencies? Clients? J) who are a little ‘hard’ in understanding what integrated communication is and how it should be applied.
