A
couple of days ago Oman Air reached a major milestone on Facebook by becoming the
first company in Oman to reach, and cross, 100,000 fans.
A
great, and expensive, marketing effort by the Oman national carrier; a
combination of proper planning and implementation, original ideas and regular
rewards for its fans make this page a place where people can find general or
specific information, achievements and most importantly an ideal customer
service point.
